Stop and cope is a call to action.
It’s time to be proactive.
It’s easy to get sucked in to the “go-go-go” culture. It seems like we never have any time for ourselves. Even when we know what to do, we never do it. Well, it’s time for a change. I’m Gayta, I designed the coping bracelet using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to help us get through each day a little easier. The bracelet serves as a visual prompt and the Coping Portal App guides you through various coping techniques. The only catch is you must actively practice these techniques to see a change, it’s science, not magic.
I hold a Masters degree in Psychology, I’m a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, and a Licensed Behavior Analyst. In the past, my clients often reported “feeling stuck” and failing to use their coping skills, I decided to share coping tools with the world to help those of us who needs constant prompts.
